Respironics Dream Wear Large Gel Cushion

I dont like my new machine and mask. Some reason it makes my mouth peel inside. Never happened with my old 1. Can't turn h2o up any more it interferes with my COPD.

I like the nasal pillow mask because it doesn't blow it my eyes or shift out of place in the night, and also is really comfortable. The only cons are that it isn't great when I'm congested and all the time it blows air directly at my husband's face if I'm lying on my side towards him, so it would be better if that vent hole faced down (toward my body) instead of straight out. Sometimes If I have congestion I wish I could wear the full face mask, but that full face Dreamwear mask doesn't stay on very well due to how the straps on it are (its hard as a woman with long hair to put my hair over the strap behind my head like I do with the nasal pillow one, and without doing that the strap slides up my head at nighttime). The full face also used to blow in my eyes if it shifted even slightly. I wish Dreamwear would make a full-face mask with women and long hair more in mind, maybe with mouth and nasal pillows so as to avoid the eye-blowing problem. But most of the time. so long as I'm not congested, the nasal pillows works great for me.

I do not like where the hose attachment connects. It doesn't fit my physique/anatomy at all. For good mask seal, the connection puts pressure on top of my head all night. I'll stick with my Resmed Brevida XS/S mask

Not sure what the difference is between this question and first one. No satisfied with seal around my nose. Seal seems to break easy when I move during the night.

The nose piece becomes very pliable and needs to be replaced frequently. Maybe a little more durable without sacrificing comfort. Also, I wish there were duplicate nose pieces , like 2 small, instead of multiple sizes that just get thrown away
