It can split logs up to 20" in length and 16" in diameter in horizontal mode, and logs up to 24" in diameter in vertical mode. Portability - Our log splitter features a lightweight horizontal half-beam design and a sturdy steel wedge. It has been designed with portability in mind and features 10" polyurethane tubeless wheels for smooth maneuvering and an ergonomic folding handle for easy transportation. Consistency - Gasoline-powered splitters, like the AlphaWorks engine, provide more consistent pounds of force per square inch compared to electric-powered models. This makes them more versatile for portable use, as they don't require access to an electrical power source. Safety - When using the log splitter, it is important to wear appropriate protective clothing, footwear, and other safety gear.
