Spring Valley Glucosamine & Chondroitin Plus UC-II Tablets, 45 Count

I take Glucosamine & Chondroitin daily. I feel it helps with my joints and back pain which I get from time to time. I took this for about 2 weeks and didn't couldn't even tell I was taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin. The label clearly show that there is only 105mg of Glucosamine HCL and 120mg of Chondroitin Sulfate. The Glucosamine supplements I currently take have 1,100mmg Glucosamine/Chondroitin complex. I think most of the leading brands are around 1,000mg. Maybe this would work for someone else but at this strength I don't think it would be worth buying it.

I have been taking this product, for joint relief for approximately one week now. Perhaps you need to finish the bottle before it begins working? I had high hopes for this product, because I have used other Spring Valley supplements, and I like this brand. I have arthritis, and have had joint replacements, but I don't feel these supplements have proven any relief. Maybe they would work for someone who doesn't suffer with arthritis, but I would not recommend this for arthritic sufferers.

I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks now and I am already seeing some improvement in my thumbs and shoulder. All three joints were stiff and were causing me discomfort. My shoulder has loosened up and has better mobility, The strength and grip in my thumbs has improved. The tablets are small and you only take one a day, not two or three large tablets like some other brands. This product is working for me and I will continue using it.

I like this very much ,helps me with my joints that can get very stiff in the cold damp weather,I just take one caplet a day ,seems to work very well.

These Spring Valley tablets have turned out to be better than I thought they were going to be. The Spring Valley is cheaper than the brand name ones. I use to take the name brand name stuff and I quit purchasing it because of the price. The Spring Valley brand is cheaper and it seems to work just as well as the brand name stuff. I have not had any pain in my knees since I started taking it. I have even noticed some difference in my hands and my hips. I am definitely going to be buying more and continue taking it. I am going to tell my friends and coworkers about it. It is a great product.
