I suffer from overactive bladder and painful bladder syndrome. When I drink cranberry juice it always helps ease the pain when I pee. I bought these because I wanted an easier way to get cranberry in my body without needing to drink it. It has definitely helped with the stinging and I'm not getting as many UTIs as I used to so it's doing something. They also taste delicious!
