Disappointing purchase. Cell only worked for 8 weeks. Had to be replaced. Does not generate enough chlorine to keep my 40,000 gal pool clean and clear, despite well balanced and properly salted water. I suspect there are other options that work better. I've had to replace two units... and I have a small pool (11,000 gallons) with an IC 20. I only run the chlorine generation at 35% and have only had the pool 5 years. Each time they failed just under warranty expiration period.. Lucky for me! Pentair's honoring of the warranty and the replacement service at no cost is the only reason I've given 2 stars... else it would be 1. Great customer service... just a poorly designed product.
