The best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. This was recommended by a hair stylist and I am glad I took her advise.

I've purchased this product before and love it but the plastic wrap and box were opened but within the shipping package. The bottles were branded differently than the box. The shampoo bottle matched the packaging, the conditioner had the old branding. This was not what I expected.

Unfortunately, I experienced an itchy scalp and a lot of hair falling out from the roots. It took about 2 months of use before I realized what the cause was. Before purchasing I read reviews that were overwhelming great. I went back to the reviews to see if anyone had the same reaction as I had and found there was. It didn't work for me, but clearly has for others. I can say that it did help my frizz stay calmer.

The goods were delivered quickly, everything is fine. But when I opened the box, I saw that the shampoo was leaking because the packaging was damaged. The lid does not completely close the bottle and therefore it is impossible to use it through the dispenser
