HP - ENVY Inspire 7255e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Photo Printer with 3 months of Instant Ink included with HP+ - White & Sandstone

Not working properly since I got it. Not allowing me to complete set up so can't get my instant ink.

I have had my printer about a month. So far, so good. Seems a lot more reliable than an earlier model

I purchased an Envy 7200e a few weeks ago and overall, very pleased with it. I bought this model mainly for photo printing and printing from my phone has been fine, but I'm having issues printing from Lightroom photo editing software, but I'm convinced this is a Lightroom issue and not the printer. It's not a top end printer, but does what I want to, till I perfect my printing techniques

I love the message window so you can see what's happening. My last printer just had error numbers that came up and you had to go online to figure out the issues. It is also very quiet. It is slightly slower printing color, which is k because the quality is better

I just bought this printer Oct 17 was received, and .i have no ink left already!! I have to uninstall all we did on mobile devices and desktop too and reinstall from the start to get the 6 months of instant ink as advertise, but now as I see other buyers reviews just now, apparently we are not given 6 months free inkl I am disabled retired and not signing up monthly fee to get ink. A long time customer of HP since 1990s, many printers and others items just about to buy their all in one desktop but now may return this printer after jusst trashing last one that had for years without any problems until just wore out and tine for new one which not happy with as much as others in the past. I am not purchasing desktop now either and will switch to other models that are all compatible and have had Brother, Toshiba, Dell and Samsung so time to start over for a setup I will enjoy not have more fees for this instant ink.....by the way cannot set up again until I buy ink and will be 2 to 3 day to get it shipped so I am dead in tge water in important time I needed urgent documents printed and shipping labels for gifts. First time not happy with HP product pkus not including ink with printer when reciving it was unfair and disapoointing when false advertising 6 months free, now not to get 1st free one is not working for me as it ends up beibg a montly subscription which I had enough of that. Why can't big companies like HP do something free for customerscand not force subscriptions on us? I like buying ink cartridge once I need it and befipore this it was Amazon next day received and lasted months without any subscription fees. Sick of being forced and not doing it any ink membership, not now or ever. Should not advertise 6 months when no intention of giving it unless customer signs up subscription. List a good customer but big companies could care less. Back to my other brands. Thanks for years of great service, just does not seem to exist in many big corporations these days. bye
