This medicine to me did work, but only if you had a very mild case of gas pains. If your pain or level of uncomfortablity was high, I didn't see this working as well. I think it does help with bloating and gas after eating. I like how this company is homeopathic focused, as I am trying to get into more holistic medication and products.
