Womens Ice Maiden II Boot - Wide

I bought these boots to work in, delivery carrier, I have to say I'm disappointed with this shoe. It is not waterproof AT ALL my feet are soaking wet by the end of my deliveries and its snow I wear them in and they DO NOT keep your feet warm, not even with two pairs of socks no matter the thickness of them. The shoe is cute for show which is why I gave 2 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these both for going to work in the office, running errands, and working in the field. These boots are very waterproof (stepped in a 4" deep puddle and came out dry), keep my feet warm at 12 degrees F, and don't look too bad. My only complaint is they seem to run a bit narrow. They didn't take long at all to break in, never got blisters or soreness from them. Curious to see how they hold up to the next 4 months of constant use.

I was told I would have to buy another pair and return the wrong ones. I ended up keeping the elk color as they look alot nicer in person than online. Customer service followed up with a few emails making sure my issue was resolved I went for a walk the other day in these in 20 degree weather. They kept my feet warm even after walking in about a foot of snow. My feet never once got wet or cold! My feet didn't get hot or either. I do wish they were a little higher up on the leg, but other than that great product! Columbia has great customer service also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this boot. Very cute and warm. I ordered one half size larger so that I could use an insole and thick socks. Works well with skinny jeans or leggings. Nice toe box, plenty of room for a medium foot.
