Mainstays Cross Bar Design Hamper With 3 Shelves,

This item looks identical to the photo. There are a couple other similar items that have the shelves on the sides, etc, but this one has the shelf on top and the hamper on the bottom. I have had this for well over a year and it works great!! It has no rusting, no welding issues, and it has made it through 2 moves, on being overseas!! My family had a hard time putting their laundry in anything, until I bought this. Now I do not have to pick up after them :)

I loved this hamper when I received it. It was perfect size for small bathroom with mini shelves on the side to store towels or what not. After a year and a half of moderate use, it finally broke at the corners where the bars meet. The welding is flimsy and there's no way to fix it. Beware!

I like this item. Assembly was simple and easy. As mentioned by others, the photo is misleading. The shelves are on the side not above. Nonetheless I like the hamper and it has added addition storage for my small bathroom.

the hamper section is pretty ugly and useless other than being washable

Easy to assemble, shelves much smaller and not located where I had expected and lower shelf is practically at floor level. Hamper bin/bag rests on the floor so I have to move it when I mop my tile floor. Overall it does what it supposed to and like anything you get what you pay for. It was a good value for something I didn't absolutley need.
