Dove Beauty Bar Soap for Women Original with 1/4 Moisturizing Cream All Skin, 3.75 oz 6 Bars

When I switched from Ivory to Dove. Dove seems to solve my problem with dry skin. I do love the scent as it keeps things smelling good. I have bought the Sensitive pack before and the scent was not the best (it smelt moldy and like plastic). I would recommend the Original scent to anyone who is willing to switch soap brands. It's worth the try.

This is the only soap I'll ever use, it cleanses well without being drying like regular bar soaps. I love the scent, it smells clean without being overpowering and it lathers very well. I use this in the shower as well as for washing my face and hands. It works far better than the expensive face wash I was using before, and my hands have been so soft since switching from liquid hand soap to the Dove beauty bar. While it's not the cheapest soap on the market the price isn't bad at all, I basically spend the same amount on a 12 pack of these as what I used to spend on a bottle of shower gel and these last MUCH longer. I read reviews saying the formula changed and is terrible now, I recently repurchased these and honestly I haven't noticed any difference, so I'm not sure what that's about but I'm hoping they don't drastically change the formula in the future.

My husband and I both use the Dove Original Body Bar and just recently we both opened a new bar for our showers, he noticed me scratching my skin a lot lately and told me he's been itching a lot also. I haven't made any changes to any other products that come into contact with our skin. Same laundry soap, same dish soap. The only thing I've replenished lately was our Dove.

My grandmother, my mother and myself have been loyal Dove users. Generations of great skin was the proof I used to convince my daughter that in the age of skin care routines and the use of ridiculous amounts of products, that Dove was the only soap she needed. I JUST succeeded in this and now your new formula has completely changed MY mind! So disappointed in the scent and quality. I just had a conversation with my sibling that the scent of Dove was nostalgic, reminding us of our beloved grandmother and yesterday I opened a new package to an awful new scent and got out of the shower feeling sticky, smelly and itchy. I've researched the change but what I can't find is an answer to WHY?! The original beauty bar's 65 years is nothing to celebrate anymore! You've lost a costumer for over 28 years and by the looks of new reviews coming in, you've lost many, many more.

I have used dove for a long as I can remember. My whole family has used it for a long as I can remember. So many people have a 10 product skin care face cleaning routine I use dove. One product. I have very dry skin and dove does not dry it out. I use the bar soap.Hope they don't get rid of the bars. I do only use the white bar. So satisfied with the white bar, I have not tried any of the other ones.
