this was bought as a gift for my 15 year old. The moment she opened it it was a hit. She loved the look and the feel of the phone. There have been no problems with switching the sim card or getting the bonus $30 air time. Definately a good upgrade from the old phone.

i got this phone about a year ago, and its still in great shape. i have dropped it many times and it seems unbreakable. i would recommend this for someone of a younger age. the only issues ive had with this phone is that you have to pay too much a month. i was paying $25 a month for just unlimited texting. if you also want calling or web u would have to pay somewhere between $50-$60 a month which too me is a waste considering you can get text, web, and email for $25 a month with virgin mobile. but overall this is a really good phone

I purchased this phone not to use as a gophone but to avoid renewing my contract and upgrading my plan with at&t. It arrived right when they said it would and all I did was charge the phone, pop my sim card in, and my account was credited extra minutes and I was able to use the phone! This phone works great for everything I need it for (texting and talking) however being able to record video would have been a nice feature. Also I didn't notice the back of the phone until I got it(black and greyish matted design that says samsung in white). Wasn't fond of that design but still a cool looking phone. The keys are close together and will take some getting used to-after a couple weeks I was fine with it. You will also need to stay away from the center square key-it is the easiest most central key to hit and will automatically connect you to the web! It took me a couple days to learn not to hit it and then it was fine just like the small keys. I also haven't found a quick way to get someone's address in the text window when not hitting reply without going through the whole address book or typing in the whole 10-digit number(this is the only thing that annoys me about the phone) However, there are a lot of cool hot keys on the phone to get to what you need. I loved the fact that you can just hold down the space bar to silence the phone or take it off silence-Very conveinient! But the best part is I'm not under a 2-year contract and paying for extra features each month that I won't use and I have a phone I am very pleased with!

This phone is completely like a blackberry, but a lot more affordable then other phones. I would recommend this phone for teenagers or college students.

I bought this phone and signed up with Pure Talk USA. It is a whole lot cheaper than AT&T and operates on the AT&T Network. I saved a lot of money that way and the phone works great. Just plugged in the sim card from Pure Talk and I was ready to go in a few minutes. The Good: Voice Clarity Small Size Cost Good Texting Features Long Life Battery Fast Shipping No Contract The Bad: Limited/No ring Tones Bad Camera (low res images) No SD Card Capability Small Texting Buttons (takes getting used to) All in all a very good phone for the money if you don't care about pictures, video, and data storage. I don't have e-mail or internet with the Pure Talk service so I can't comment on those items.
