I needed a basic Smartphone and am on a limited budget, so I chose this phone because it was far cheaper than anything else in the Walmart store. The lack of internal memory is a huge problem. I have to uninstall apps to have room for another one that I need. AND I HAVE THREE APPS DOWNLOADED. I might have four or five photos on the phone at a time, but I have to constantly upload to Google Drive to free up space. All along I received messages that I was running out of memory, but now installed apps won't update because there isn't space. This page says that there is supposed to be a slot for a microSD card, but I have spent over an hour trying to locate information online on where it is. I am seriously considering switching, not only to a different phone, but away from Straight Talk.
