So far I enjoy this phone. I am using it as a wifi phone with Magic Jack. In this mode the phone is good and clear but sometimes a word does not come through with voice. The two speakers(top and bottom) are very clear. The audio has all kinds of equalization programs. Audio through the top jack with headphones is excellent. Wifi reception is good although I am still learning how to connect to a public wifi that puts out a web page to agree to the terms of use before you can connect. The page is hard to find. I heard some one say that the main reason someone does not like a computer or an os(operating system like android, or another linux, or windows ...)is not taking the time to learn. Motorola has a good user manual on their website. I am still learning. One negative for me is that the screen is not very stylus sensitive. It takes some pressure to activate compared to a finger touch.

Runs out of memory quickly even with a SD card. Using this phone temporarily while my Samsung Galaxy S5 gets repaired under warranty. I may try to resell the item once I get my other phone back.

This phone (first generation) is a great phone for the money. I just purchased the 2015 upgraded 2nd gen Moto e from Cricket for $49 and it has a iot of improvements over this 2014 first generation phone. Bigger display (4.5), 2 cameras, 4G LTE, faster quad core processor with 1GB ram, larger battery, same gorilla glass and splash proof design, android 5.0.2 Lolipop. I bought one and just love the value of this phone. Inexpensive and packed with features for the price. The camera isn't the best, but the main reason I have a phone is for calling and the call quality of this phone is fantastic. And with LTE at this price - that's fantastic!
