I tried Bounce 4 in 1 dryer sheets on several occasions and I have to admit there was no static cling. I used no fabric softening with some washes and there is a softening agent within the dryers sheets but......I had to use 3 sheets in my (very small dryer) 115 watts for apartments to capture the scent of this product... I was really excited about trying the Bounce fabric softener. I am a Downy girl and wondered if I would like the change. The answer is an astounding YES! I love the smell. It has a fresh smell not a really sweet smell. I thought that my granddaughter would be allergic to it, however, she wasn't. I have no complaints. I also found other uses for bounce. I volunteered for four days on a spiritual retreat. My duty was the dorms. When I reported for duty and unlocked the cabins, the smell was that of mold and mildew. I took some bounce sheets and tied them to the air vents and used the sheets to deodorize the cabins. after about an hour when I returned to the cabin, the air was not as thick. This really works! This dryer sheet left my clothes feeling soft to the touch and no irritation to my skin. The smell was strong from the box, but only a hint of smell is left on clothes, which I like. I wish there was a way to upload smell!!!! These smell soooo good! I could smell them through the box when I got them in the mail! Luckily I had wash to do the same day and got to try these out right away. They definitely help with static too which is great!
