Total Wireless LG K31 Rebel, 32GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

I am fairly happy with the phone some getting used to, and am still finding new features. It was hard setting it up and switching my contacts. And when I am texting or reading emails, the phone wants to get very warm almost hot to the touch. Otherwise I am pleased with it.

I just recently bought this phone,as my Galaxy J2 has a memory and disc space issue. Overall, this is a fantastic device with nice features. Good cameras,and no issues so far. Would I suggest this phone to others? Yes, indeed I would.

I am not happy that I bought it because I have no one who can help me "set it up" ---can't even figure out how to do much of anything (I was able to make one call (to my home phone) Supposed to sign up for Google but don't know where ---Android, too (whatever that is)

File transfer from my old LG K30 to my new K31 was flawless in spite of bath I had given to the K30 and it's shattered display. Generally Love the additional memory (now 32G total) speed. Disliked gesture commands (which I disabled,, eventually) I miss the K30's fingerprint verification with the start button/pin are a bit cumbersome. Google Assistant button located poorly, and usually (accidentally) summons the Assistant when I'm trying to adjust volume. Pros: Easy transition, memory, cost. Cons: Google dependent. Assistant mostly annoying (how do I disable?). Good and bad Instruction Manual.

This is a great looking phone and I am learning everyday. It takes me a long time because of my age. But the problem I have has nothing to do with me. Every now and the when a call is coming in my phone rings as usual but my phone stays dark. It doesn't show anything. I don't believe there is anything that I do to fix it.
