Ribeye Steak, Choice Angus Beef, 2 Per Tray, 1.50 - 2.65 lb

I have been buying these steaks monthly for a few years. I had a meat cutter tell me many years ago to always choose USDA Choice beef. It's not just inspected, it's high quality meat. I recommend them to people frequently. They are always wonderful. Recently, I have been passing them up due to the price. I don't care how great they are, I just can't justify the price. I'm waiting for the price to come down but they truly are very good.

I would like them to know how nice and clean the store is, how friendly the cashiers are, and the ones who working on the floor if you need anything they will direct you to it even sometime take you to that item I really appreciate that. Daphne MacDonald

The steaks had too much gristle and fat, even for a the ribeye steaks, the ribeye steaks had too much gristle and more fat than most ribeye which is I think the best part too much gristle and too much fat. It said it was a cowboy cut, but it was thick and tasty, but I did notice the gristle in the fat

Less than 2 lbs of steak for $32. They looked like nice pieces of meat in the package. The bottom sides were very fatty, much more than would be a nice striation to add flavor. There was about one pound of meat that was salvaged once cooked. It was very fatty.

Sometimes it's great, other times it's chewy %26 tastes terrible. I've ordered different types of cuts %26 at times I'm very happy, but again inconsistent %26 i've never been able to get a rebate on the meat with out returning it. So I just don't buy the meat any more.
