Best Rideon Cars - Honda CB300R 12V - Red

My son got this for Christmas, rode it one time in the house and one time outside yesterday and it will not go forward. Is fully charged and works in reverse but will not go forward, just clicks. Very disappointed 3 year old.

We purchased this a month ago for our Godson. My husband assembled it this past week but noticed right away the headlight didn't work. We decided it wasn't a deal breaker and would go ahead and keep it anyway. Unfortunately when our Godson showed up to ride the on-switch wasn't working correctly. My husband re-checked everything and said it's definitely a switch relay defect; not working correctly and shorting out (not making contact). Everything is assembled correctly. Very disappointed. I guess we'll see if we can return.

Crap!

What is the max speed of this ? Some places it says 2-5 mph but never reached more than 3mph. Headlight have no connection to hook up. I reached the customer service and they asked about the issue and never responded to my texts after that. I am hesitating to return as My kid like it and I spent money on shipping cost. I see all template answers here from CSR but no resolution. I won't recommend this manufacturer

Headlights has power plug in, however it won't turn on in any condition. Body has 2 days connections but only 1 goes to handle. Other one could be for the light but there is no circuit to connect to. It arrived fast and it looks great. Quality is ok, may last for an year or so. You get what you paid for.
