Souvenirs Silhouette Duvet Set

I expected the duvet cover to be the same on both sides, but the shams and duvet were both a bright watermelon color pinkish (my mother calls it mauve, but it's really too bright for that) on the undersides. Once washed, the embroidery started to slightly unravel, but the colors remained steadfast due to my laundry detergent rituals and turning things inside out and washing on cold. It's still stunning to others, but for the price, I expected a bit more out of it. Still, I love the top of the duvet cover! Wish the shams matched with the striping though! Oh, and if you expect the dark color in the picture when you focus in to be a deep dark denim shade, it's a deep forest green instead and that will get just a tad lighter with washing. Still beautiful though!

I am very pleased with the duvet set I received from Walmart. Not only is it a great value but it is great quality and very attractive. I will say that the colors are a bit darker then they appear in the picture but they are still beautiful! This product made a great addition to my bedroom without having to spend so much money on a whole new bedding set.

i will agree with some of the other reviews in that this duvet cover looks a little different in person. it really does have a gold undertone. i am using some dark taupe sheets with it and it looks great. i just wish that the other accent pillows in the picture were available.

The duvet set looks adorable in the picture. However, it did not meet my expectatiosn in person. The quality is poor. It is very thin (I did NOT expect it to be as thick as a bed coverlet, it is a DUVET COVER after all), you can literally see your hand through the material. The flowers are sewn on poorly - there are holes and lots of loose threads. I was afraid that if I wash it even only once, it would fall apart. I had to return it.

When I got this set it was as pretty as it looked online and I was very happy that is until I had washed it a few times and the embilishments started coming off the set. In addition to that unless you plan to iron it every time you wash it, it will be wrinkled.
