Motorola W408g - Feature phone - rear camera 1.3 MP - NET10

My wife and I purchased this product as a Christmas Gift for our taxi driver whom we consider to be a friend because he was spending entirely too much money having to purchase new minutes every week. When we presented the gift to him, he was very happy and excited, but when we told him that his phone plan included unlimited talk, text and internet usage, that took the cake for him. Now instead of spending hundreds of dollars every month having to purchase minutes to use his phone, he now only needs to worry with this problem once per month(every 30 days), so this helps him tremendously by saving him lots of money that otherwise would have been used to replenish his minutes so that he could make and receive customer calls. In addition, the phone itself was very inexpensive so with that being said, not only did we make someone very happy, we also did a very good deed to help someone that has helped us time and time again.

MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT ONE EACH OF THIS PHONE. YES IT IS OR WAS A BARGAIN. MINE WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS THAN STARTED FREEZING UP AND I HAD TO REMOVE THE BATTERY TO RESET THE PHONE. MY WIFE'S IS NOW DOING THE SAME. TOO BAD BECAUSE THE PHONE HAD GOOD RECEPTION AND ENOUGH FEATURES AND WAS EASY TO USE. ALSO THE CAMERA IS NOT VERY GOOD BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FOR $19 ON SALE. REPLACED MINE WITH A LG900 AND WILL DO THE SAME FOR MY WIFE'S. SO FAR SO GOOD ON THE LG. HAVE IT ABOUT 3 MONTHS.

this phone is all plastic. it feels weird. the keypad is hard to accurately use. the battery dies in one day even with no use. i could not get a signal from my home. i certainly DO NOT recommend this phone.

The sound is clear and the lighting is very good; this is a pay as you go phone and works very well for my needs. Awesome price for both the phone and the 18th month protection plan I purchased.

A very nive phone for the money. It's a basic phone with bluetooth, internet and phone . The battery life is exceptional. I had a smart phone and hardly ever used all the features. This phone has everything I want. One thing is the audio volume is less than I expected. I have to press it pretty hard to my ear to block out even the slightest background noise. The net 10 alllows you to have up to 60 days for your minutes. Since I use very few minutes, it only costs me fifteen dollars a month. Not bad compared to my other pland at over $80. A great deal if you don't use a lot of minutes.
