I came here looking for technical support on my LG my Touch that no longer recognizes when the battery (or its replacement) is charged. I don't see a troubleshooting section but I can perhaps stop anyone else from making the same mistake. The features are fine on this phone, when you can get them to work. But attempt to perform any two functions anytime near each other, and you might as well be typing on a kid's toy for all the good it'll do. Sadly, using the Bluetooth function and placing a call counts as two functions for this rule. As does receiving and sending texts. I found myself constantly having to manually force close the same applications over and over just to keep it barely functional. And do not enable the alarm function and the password function at the same time! In a brilliant feat of interface design, the snooze button on the alarm is replaced on the touchscreen with the Emergency Call button and then, because why not?, the send button. Using both of these features at the same time is a great way of meeting your local police department on a random Tuesday morning as your multiple futile attempts to press the snooze button result in your phone suddenly accepting every single one of those taps and places a prank call to your local 9-1-1 operator. (yeah, guess where the end call button ends up?) Needless to say, this is my first and last LG phone.

This phone freezes alot and gets hot. Even the battery gets swollen after a period of time. the features are good but the power button gets jacked up too often and I had it fixed 3 times already. Needs more factory time for making and it doesn't even have camera flash!!

DO NOT BUY. You will regret it. I can't make calls or receive calls most of the time. It shuts down randomly, and I always have problems using the apps. If you ever get stuck in a ditch in the middle of nowhere, this phone is not reliable.

I have had this phone for a while now. This is my third one. The only reason it's only my third is because my provider will only replace this phone with a refurbished version of the same phone. If all three had issues, what's the point? Sometimes it takes forever from the time I hit the call button until the phone actually calls. If I try to text, half the time it takes me 4-5 times tapping the text box before the words will show up when I hit the key pad. When the battery is low I will sometimes get 3 or more copies of the same repeated text. I am constantly clearing the caches and memory, trying to keep it from freezing up. My providers response is to tell me to factory reset or replace it with the same phone. I am tired of factory resetting and losing everything. It tells me "not enough memory" when I show that more than half the internal and more than half of the SD memory are available. I also have times when no calls come through. We lost our dog and the pound, the person who found her, and a police officer that was involved in her finding all tried to call me. I got no calls. It ended up costing us a ton of money a week later to get her, because we didn't know where she was and by then fees had compounded. To say this phone is unreliable is an understatement. I will never again buy an LG phone after this one.

So I have had this phone for 2 years, in those 2 years I have replaced it on the 90day warranty as of this morning 11 times!! The biggest issue is the power/sleep button continues to go out. I cannot unlock the phone, get it to turn on, ect. Also, the phone will just randomly turn on/off as if its possessed. The screen freezes constantly and I find myself having to wait 3-5min for a call to actually start once I've hit the call button.
