I have been taking it for about 3 weeks, it has helped in the bedroom for sure, I have not had an all day boost of energy that I can see, but I also have only been taking 1 a day instead of 2 so that could explain it. I am almost 60 & do around 5 miles a day on the elliptical so that could be why I am still tired at night. LOL I may go to 2 a day. So far I do like the product and have no real side effects from it. I will continue to use it.

As described, One Boost has definitely improved my energy level. After 2 weeks, the improvements include more alertness and less sluggishness when I wake and throughout my normal early morning routine. In addition, my energy level during the day has improved. Although I like the initial change, it hasn't been too dramatic and I'm hoping that it will improve in the coming weeks. Also, I appreciate that it doesn't irritate my stomach.
