Swiffer Sweeper Heavy Duty 2 in 1 Mop and Broom Floor Cleaner Starter Kit

I should have looked at the website reviews first! I purchased an X-Large Swiffer Sweeper and only after I got home did I discover that the 2 extra wet pads packaged with the Sweeper were standard size and didn't fit the Sweeper that they accompanied. Worse still, there are NO wet pads that fit the X-Large Sweeper. This is a colossally bad marketing failure. If Swiffer has any class, it should recall all the X-Large Sweepers or else provide free X-Large wet pads (whenever they're available) to all purchasers. This swiffer is a rip off! We purchased it thinking it would be a great way to clean our new wood/vinyl floors. It advertises on the starter kit that the wet swiffer is great on wood floors. But you can't buy the extra large swiffer wet refills ANYWHERE!! This is the biggest rip off. I would have never wasted my money on this product had I known it was only good for a one-time use. They do not make the XL wet pads. Why? I would have never bought this had I realized it. I'm looking for my receipt so I can return it. I like the idea of the X large Swiffer but why do you have in your how to use area this! (*Do not use Swiffer Sweeper X-Large wet mopping cloths on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden boards, non-sealed tiles or carpeted floors because they may be water sensitive.) If you don't even offer the refills or replacement wet mopping pads. When I called the company I was told to use two of the regular wet pads. Well that's one solution but a bad one for the consumer when it comes to costs. There should be a warning in bold letters on the new products that reads; NO WET PAD REFILS AVALIBLE.!

Disappointed. I got the Swiffer home, assembled it, went to put the pad on the mop and the 'free' pads are for the standard Swiffer. And of course, the store did not sell the refills but I figured that I could get them later since the Swiffer came with 2. Jokes on me. Now I have a Swiffer with useless pads and a dirty kitchen floor with company coming. This is the last dollar I spend on Swiffer products.
