3 Pack Lansinoh Soothies Gel Pads, Instant Cooling Pain Relief - 2 Count Each

I got these as a recommendation from an account on Instagram. I had a rough time with breastfeeding and my nipples were in rough shape. Some people recommended the silver cup but I didn't want to buy that. So I went with these. I put mine in the fridge when I was extra achy and irritated. I would put them on after nursing. I would wash them with warm soapy water after each use and let air dry. I was able o reuse this a good amount of time. I do feel like they helped very much. Just know that applying cold to the breast can affect breastmilk production so I would not do this every time just when I was super painful. I would also use them in combination with the Lansinoh ointment. I would put a small amount on before applying the gel pads. They did not slip off and my bra held them in place without any issues. Now if you sleep with them on you may find the do shift out of place. I recommend these for every nursing mom!

Best nursing pads I had ever used. A friend got me turned into these after having my daughter. Best choice I made. I tried a few but these were by far the best. They are light and they def help soothe. Def recommend to mommy's to be. Great brand and great product.

GIVE THIS TO ANY NEW MOM TO BE. serious, no one else will give her the same thing at the baby shower and this are so useful. They were so nice to put on cracked, so nipples after a nursing session. They shrink with every usage, but if you run it under water they return to normal size. Keep in fridge between uses. I only needed them for the first 3 weeks postpartum, but they were so nice for those weeks.

These were an absolute life saver in the beginning of my BF journey. I do wish they stayed cool a little longer, but they definitely did the job. My biggest complaint would be that I wish there were more than 1 set in a pack. Either way, I would still highly recommend giving these a shot.
