Special Usage Instructions: Gift Card orders over $250, or more than 25 cards, require activation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to activate these cards upon arrival. If you do not activate your cards, they will not be usable. When purchasing gas, please pay inside rather than at the pump. This Gift Card cannot be used to withdraw cash at ATM or POS locations. Warranty Information: The value of the Gift Card plus its purchase price is refunded if you cancel within 30 days of purchase and you have not used the Gift Card. If you desire to cancel or liquidate the Gift Card after 30 days of purchase or after the Gift Card is used, then you may do so, but you will not receive a refund of the purchase price and you will be charged a liquidation fee of $5.00. Service Fees: A service fee of $0.94 per month will be applied beginning on the 13th month from the day of purchase. A fee of $5 will be applied to liquidate your card or to replace your Gift Card if lost, stolen or expired. A fee of $0.50 will be assessed for each live phone inquiry.
