They are not bitter or hard to chew at all; I would compare the taste to a gum drop, but less sugary. I've been taking these gummies for about a month now and I'm impressed with how I don't struggle with nighttime eye tiredness nearly as much as I used to. I don't think it's the placebo affect either, these are the real deal. I'm contributing to my eye health for sure and I feel good about taking these. I really like the Nature's Way brand for supplement and vitamins and these Lutein gummies are another win for the brand. If you're looking to promote good eye health, these are a solid choice. They taste good and are easy to chew.

My husband loves them too and I've been giving them to my kids in hopes that this might help with their eye health. The only thing I wish that it didn't have any added sugars.

I did my normal routine...I visited my Ophthalmologist and researched homeopathic options to help strengthen my eyesight. I read about Lutein and never tried it, until now... I hate to say it but I have not noticed any differences in my vision, i've been using it for a little over 2 weeks. I have taken Lutein soft gels and capsules before but these gummies are so easy and enjoyable to take. These are good for eye health. I am on the computer all day but at peace when I take Lutein as my eyes are being protected. These gummies have an added benefit for brain health too. As for the taste, these are supposed to be Mango flavored gummies but taste nothing like Mango. No complains though as whatever flavor they are, they taste great. Hopefully these work as well as the soft gels and capsules do.
