These strips if used consistently will definitely make your teeth white! They do cause sensitivity though, even if used for the recommended time. No pain no gain though right

I used it already 3 times and i noticed the effect. Teeth became really whiter. BUT i cannot eat food. My teeth became soooo sensitive, i cannot eat or drink cold, also cannot eat berries and most of fruits. This effect i've never had after dentist's cleaning. So for the sake of your teeth i don't recommend
