I tried crest white strips when they were new one the market many years ago. They were messy, made my teeth extremely sensitive and overall i didnt see much of a difference. I was excited to give them another go as professional whitening has become so expensive. I am SO happy to say no change to the sensitivity of my teeth. These are much easier and less messy feeling in your mouth. These are actually up to par with a professional treatment. It might take longer but it is well worth it.

This product did a great job in whitening my teeth. I usually get my teeth professionally whitened and this was a great alternative. I like that the strips have a close fit to my teeth and a tight grip, especially because I have permanent retainers. These strips seriously do not move. I also like the simplicity in using this product as it just requires you to place them in and set a timer. The only thing I did not like about this product is the sensitivity that emerges post treatment. It takes a while for the sensitivity to subside but all in all, it's worth it if you want pearly white teeth.

I found these strips easy to use, but I was not inclined to use them too often. With sensitive teeth, any whitening product can be irritating to the teeth/gums and I found this to be the case with this product. The name suggested "flex" but I didn't find these to be any more flexible than any other whitening strip I've tried. I also am not a fan of the way my teeth feel after taking them off. I also found it difficult to find the time to manage to keep these on for an hour, as they are not the kind of thing you can toss on and go out in public with (lest we frighten people with foaming mouths) Personally, I may finish the box up but I probably won't buy this product for myself.

The strips are relatively easy to use. I don't recommend brushing your teeth too close to your treatment. It might make your teeth sensitive. I have sensitive teeth, so I'm really careful. It happened a few times. At first, I was using the whole strip and it would touch my gums. They became sensitive. Felt like a burning sensation. Then I cut off a little of the strip so it would fit better and not touch my gums. You really have to make the strip touch every tooth. Make it really snug so that the product goes everywhere. I had used a professional whitening system 12 years ago just before my wedding day. I think the strips would do the job too.

After following the daily regimen with Crest 3D White Luxe Supreme Flexfit Whitestrips, which by the way is a pain in the butt, but the results have paid off immensely. Be prepared to have the strips on for an hour every day! This is a long time and one heck of a commitment, though the results yielded by my inconvenience were well worth it. I brush regularly, visit the dentist and at age 50, have only one cavity, but my teeth haven't been white in years! I truly feel like a different me! Do it!
