OtterBox Defender APL2-IPAD1 Tablet PC Skin

I really love this case! While it does add some bulk, it is also very protective, which is the reason most people buy an otter box. I had no problem getting it on the iPad itself, I think it took like 5 minutes! They are great and I would recommend to anyone, just not the white cases. The grease from your fingers will make it look yuckyy, I just bought the full black one, I also really like the fact you can snap the back off and snap it over the front and that works well in a book bag or briefcase. Overall it is a awesome case that I would recommend to any iPad owner, it is a must!!

i work as a mobile tech and this cover is great for protection for your i-pad solid construction and looks very clean... if bat man had a i-pad this would be the cover he would have made for it! down side you about double the weight of the pad. the stand can be hard to set up i.e. wont stay locked up when trying to set the pad in. the cleaning pad needs a storage place built in to the cover over all even if the stand did not come with it the cover is worth the money if you wont to protect your i-pad

After reading reviews of the Otter Box Defender iPad case I knew it was just the thing to protect investment of new ipad from abuse. Three dogs and hubby who leaves electronics on couches and floor could spell disaster. This is the only case to protect the screen from disaster. It is good looking and covers all electronic access points. It is easy to remove the cover for charging and quick to replace when done. I would not go without this for peace of mind. Sharing the iPad with family is now worry free!

The price is definitely better here than on any other site. The case fits securely for maximum protection. It props up at just the right angle to type or to view videos. You do have to take off part of the back to charge but it's no biggie. I like how everything is covered so it keeps my iPad nice and clean.

have been using this case for a few weeks and it is absolutely fantastic. my only problem with it is when i have to recharge it. i have to remove a huge panel that is not really easy to remove in order to plug the unit in. i understand why they designed it like this so its compatible with the keyboard but i dont own one and never will. omitting a hole in the case for the charging cord (with a silicone plug or something) is a huge oversight. please offer a replacement back panel with a charging cord hole in it so i dont have to keep removing that panel. the back of my ipad is really starting to show wear from having to take that panel on and off every day. the rest of the case absolutely exceeded my expectations and i dont think i will ever take this thing off.
