As time went on, I got better at applying them, but they're generally not hard to apply. I've seen some reviews stating that the original Crest 3D Whitening Strips made their teeth sensitive, which is why I decided to try the sensitive version to see if that's any better. After about a week of use, I had a little sensitivity, but it didn't bother me too much. On TikTok, I learned that cutting them in half can reduce sensitivity and I do think that helped. Cutting them in half also made the application easier and they were more comfortable to wear for 45 minutes. But, using the whole strip didn't cause that much sensitivity, so if you don't want to cut them you don't have to. After two weeks, my teeth do look whiter, but you obviously won't get super white teeth with these. But I definitely see a difference which is all I was expecting. I would highly recommend trying Crest 3D Whitening Strips Sensitive Bright! You get whiter teeth without making your teeth too sensitive. You can also look into the other versions if you don't experience or are not concerned about teeth sensitivity.

I read the instructions and this is something that is easy to apply. I make sure to put a timer and then take it off. I like to rinse and if necessary just brush my teeth again.
