Waterpik 7-Mode EcoFlow Hand Held Shower Head, NSC-653EF

Not much water out put

Purchased this product mainly based on what I thought was a good name manufacturer. Product was totally bubble packed so could not touch or feel. Once I cut open the package I found the reinforced hose was as stiff as copper tubing. Thought it might loosen up with hot water and use but that never happened. The hose is so stiff it unscrews the from the fittings with use. Unfortunately I disposed of all packaging and the receipt or I would have returned it. Contacted Waterpik and was told I needed the receipt for them to do anything. I did have the proof of purchase and instruction manual but that did not mean a thing. I suggest going to a different well known brand that stands behind their products. I will never buy Waterpik again.

IT WAS NOT USEABLE I HAD TO HAVE SOME ONE TO RETURN IT TO THE WALMART AND EXCHANGE IT .WATER WOULD NOT COME THRU THE HOSE PART .IT WAS A INCONVINCE SINCE I HAD TO GET SOME ONE TO TAKE IT BACK FOR ME .I BOUGHT A DIFFERENT ONE IT WORKS FINE NOT A WATERPIK....

I bought this after a previous model had sprung a leak after 5 years of use. This is very easy to install and no tools are required; basically like screwing in a light bulb. But the quality of the shower head and the sprays is very poor. I was very disappointed with it. Just didn't live up to all the great names and pictures on the packaging, and definitely not compared to other shower heads Ive used in the past. Not great massaging and poor water flow in general, which is probably why they claim it saves money.

It works well but the handle is difficult to insert into the holder. Additionally the shower head does not always stay facing forward. We have 2 of these. The first one started leaking from inside the connection to the handle and the leak is getting larger. The second one is now begining to shoot water out from the same area. The hose and the hose connection devices need to be made to last longer. Both are only 6 months old.
