I bought this for my Granddaughter, and she loves it!!! My daughter also likes it because she is able to keep the granddaughter close by, because she has a tendency to run when something catches her eye!!!

My wife bought one of these backpacks for our daughter who needs a feeding pump. We realized after the fact there was no way to access the pump without taking the whole thing out of the bag. My wife asked for a refund and this manufacturer promptly refused. We hadn't had it two days yet were denied our money back. We just wanted a smaller pump backpack for our child as she's mobile. This is not a pump bag, this is just a backpack with a hole in the side.
