Graco Long Range Baby Audio Monitoring System With Night Light, Portable, Easy to Use

You're better off to get a more reliable video monitor. Our baby is in the room next to us. The monitor often “mutes” itself for a period of time about every 30 seconds. Not only is it annoying (the white noise of static, and the voids of silence, constantly alternating), but it's also frustrating because we bought this to HEAR our baby. We have checked the channel switch and the batteries, as well as moved it to various locations in the rooms. We believe received a damaged product, but unfortunately it's too late to return.

If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would have done so. Instructions are poor. The listening device will only work with batteries (not when plugged in). It cuts out, has loud feedback noise, poor sound quality and generally does not work at all. If you're looking to put yourself in a stressful situation where you can't hear your baby properly and want to be frustrated by an exceptionally inferior product, than this is the baby monitor you should buy. This company should be ashamed of themselves for conning parents into buying this garbage!

We use this monitoring system with our grandchildren. We use it when they take there naps and we need to do something else. This product works great because we are able to feel comfortable knowing that it is going to work. We feel safe knowing we will be able to hear the little ones. It is easy to use and the long range really does work. It will let you know when you are out of range. It also has a night light which I would have loved when my children were babies. It even has audio playback. It's amazing how far the products have changed for the safety of our children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Graco baby monitor for my son and his wife who live with me so the could hear the baby at night while he is sleeping. It has great pick up rang and has a nice clear sound. It can pick up when the baby moves. When it is quiet there is no static noise.
