To be fair, it could have been the V-Tech phone jack, or the 2.5 mm plug on this headset. I will not know until I try another headset. On my end, the static was not bad, but it made those on the receiving end nearly jump out of their skins! I had to return them. Had the headset worked, it would have been great value. Comfort was fine. Sound seemed fine, other than the static on the other end.

The ear and head pads are comfortable even for my husband's bald head. Good quality sound, I have no problems hearing the person on the other end. I haven't thought to ask if I sound distant or low since they come through so clearly. BUT, it would be nice to have a volume control on the cord for low talkers. Overall, I like it and glad I bought 2 of them.

The sound come from the ear phone is limited, I can hear other party's voice clearly enough but the volume is limited, not as loud as my old one, also panasonic.

Works great, bought for use when I work from home, great clarity.

I have had several headsets as I am rough on them in my office. That being said I didn't want to pay a lot but still hoped for a little quality. I like it very much, actually has better sound than the last one that I paid a lot more for. It a low cost, low frills headset that feels study and has great sound quality. I went ahead and ordered another to keep as a spare.
