It's as simple as twisting the cap to dispense 5 pellets and pouring them right into your mouth under your tongue and letting them dissolve. This one relieves joint pain that is improved with motion. For the last few weeks I have had some knee pain. So when I feel it I take the 5 pellets and it seems to be helping over all. It does get better with motion and it's less noticeable.
