Stride Rite Girls Big Kid Claire Mary Jane

I returned this order because I made a mistake with my measurement. I measured my daughter's foot based on cm. I should have downloaded the website's foot guide. So I returned this, no hassle, just printed a barcode & dropped it off. This is not the first time I bought this item. I have been buying this exact shoe since she was in kindergarten or 1st grade. Now she is in 7th grade. This is durable & comfortable. It lasts the whole year & beyond, if it still fits.She won't wear any other brand. Looking forward to go back to school. Will re order. These shoes are great. My daughter loves them and this is our 4th pair as she grows we keep getting the new size at her request. They fit true to size, hold up wonderful. She says they are very comfortable and prefers them to sneakers. The nice thing k also is the polish up nice so if you get scuffs or you can make them just like new again with about 5 minutes of effort.

Cute shoes, however, within 2 weeks of wearing, the color on the tops of both shoes were completely scuffed off with normal use. They look really beat up now. We are disappointed and not what we expected at this price point. I was planning that these would at least last 6-9 months until she outgrew them.

I have always been an avid Stride Rite shopper. So imagine my despair when the stores closed down. Since my own kids were little, some 30+ years ago, I've always felt that Stride Rite Shoes were worth the extra dollars. I ordered these for my granddaughter and after 1 week, this is the picture my daughter sent me. What has happened to the Quality?! Best regards, Deborah Morrison

My oldest daughter has a pair and after 2 weeks, they already look worn. I ordered a pair for my youngest daughter before I noticed the wear and tear of my oldest daughter's shoes.I had to return them because the size was too big. I'm glad I did because now I see the shoes will not last very long.
