I returned this order because I made a mistake with my measurement. I measured my daughter's foot based on cm. I should have downloaded the website's foot guide. So I returned this, no hassle, just printed a barcode & dropped it off. This is not the first time I bought this item. I have been buying this exact shoe since she was in kindergarten or 1st grade. Now she is in 7th grade. This is durable & comfortable. It lasts the whole year & beyond, if it still fits.She won't wear any other brand. Looking forward to go back to school. Will re order. Thanks SR for producing this high quality shoes!
