I am able to attach the nodes without any issues. They are specially designed to target specific areas. Also, the hot and cold feature helps tremendously with easing tension. I've tried several other massagers before that are not comparable to the Powerboost Pro Hot and Cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager come's with 6 different shaped massagers (labeled) in the carrying case . It also has it where you can use it for a hot/cold massage. It light's up blue for cold and hot for heat. I like hoe it glide's easy on my skin and it work's really good where I need it to. It help's my sore muscles in my shoulder that get really bad from lifting my bedridden son up. I can use it and by the next morning my shoulder feel's so much better.

Each attachment has a snug holding slot in the case. There is also a helpful guide showing what each attachment is best used for. It is easy to use and provides pain relief from the massager. Cold and hot functions are useful and helpful extras. It charges easily on a standing charging dock. My one complaint is that it makes a dull buzzing sound when it is charging. Be sure to charge the massager in another room.
