it works great as a touch mp3 player.. my daughter was able to use her SD card and save music and play it... that was about it, we was able to get online a few times and then it would cut off. we reset it back to manufacture setting about 4 maybe 5 times and every time it would act up and start saying some type of online error... but with that it would not even allow her to open her music. i bought my other daughter a tablet and it works wonderful... my recommendations is spend a little more and get a way better product returned it 10 days after christmas

bought this for my 10 yr old son for Christmas, the very first time using it, it worked fine. Then all of a sudden the WiFi dropped and would not connect. Tried shutting it off then back on, still wouldn't work, so did the "reset" and still didn't work. I then found the factory data reset and did that, it then worked for about 2 weeks. It has now once again dropped the WiFi and again i did the factory data reset but this time the WiFi still won't connect. Without the WiFi connection it is pretty much useless. Regret buying this big time. My son is extremely disappointed.

good connection (Wifi), easy to use, you can browse easily. Sometimes can be freezed and lost connection when download appls, you maybe need restore the computer.

This device was not worth the money. It would not keep a wifi signal. I took it back the next day. It was a waste and a disappointment. Never settle for the cheaper one because it will be a waste of your time and money.

Have already returned the unit and will purchase another brand. Right out of the box, the unit would not work when not plugged in for charging.. regardless of how long we charged it, when unplugged, it would power down immediately. There were also some other concerns.. the area behind the screen was not clean (and could not be wiped off) and the touch screen did not work very well (don't be fooled into thinking touch screen will work as effortlessly as an ipad or iphone). Spend more $$ and get something that will work.
