I purchased this supplement to boost cellular hydration while on Accutane. I can't speak to whether there has been a change in skin moisture or joint health since I specifically added this supplement to my diet to proactively prevent excessive dehydration. I will definitely continue taking this product while I'm on Accutane. My skin looks fairly hydrated despite the circumstances and my lips haven't cracked open. I also haven't experienced any nosebleeds. My dose of Accutane is about to increase so I hope these symptoms remain at bay - perhaps with the help of this supplement. It's very delicious and wonderful mixed with seltzer water. The taste alone keeps me from forgetting to take my daily dose.
