Ninja - Flip Toaster Oven & Air Fryer - Gray

I bought the Ninja Flip Toaster Oven & Air Fryer back in July, hoping for great things. Unfortunately, it's been a huge letdown. From day one, the unit smoked excessively — enough that Ninja includes a “disclaimer” in the packaging about how to avoid smoking (which tells you they know it's a problem). The tips are useless; this toaster smokes no matter what you do. Now, only a few months later, it's gotten worse. The fan has started making a loud, high-pitched screech that makes it unbearable to use. I even recorded a video because the noise is so bad. To be clear, I actually like Ninja as a brand — I own their blender and food processor, and both have worked flawlessly for years. But this particular product completely misses the mark. For the price, I expected reliability and quality — not a smoking, screaming appliance. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

received the Ninja Flip Air Fryer which was shipped from a 3rd party. The product itself is a great product. However, I received the fryer which was packed in basic shipping box, not a manufacturer's box, User instructions printed on computer paper. No booklet at all, Seemed to me it could have been a reconditioned product. Returned to local Walmart store, which the customer service clerk was totally confused and took her awhile to get the necessary information to process the return, Because it was third party, called Atlantic Sales, I was not credit my money. (Still waiting for my credit once they receive it } Not a happy customer...

Just a really solid well made oven. Reaches 400° in 30 seconds. Cooks food evenly. Easy to clean and stores up to save counter space. Limited in the size of food (no whole chickens) but this works great for what it was designed to do. Impressed with Ninja quality.

This little gem traveled from Minnesota to Texas and it worked perfectly. I could make sheet pan meals, nachos and reheat pizza. It saved a lot of money and calories traveling. It is a space saver and does everything your oven, air fryer, pizza oven all in one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who owns both an air fryer and a convection oven, I can't tell you how excited I was to try this new Ninja Flip! The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to set up and use. The second was just how QUIET it is in comparison to what I've used before. The cooking is nice and even and I really like that I. An flip it up to save counter space. The display will even tell you when it's cool enough for you to do that, which was nice. My only complaint is that I can't cook a while roasted chicken in it, which is one of my favorite meals. Otherwise, this is a wonderful addition to my kitchen line up!
