[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this vegetable sheet cutter and noodle cutter for a few weeks now and I love it. I have been trying to eat healthier, and that includes removing pasta. That is where this kitchen device comes in. I love using this to make zucchini sheets for zucchini lasagna, or noodles for zoodles, or cucumber for sushi and sandwich wraps. The cutter is very easy to use. KitchenAid attachments fit on any KitchenAid mixer, no matter the size. First attach the device to your mixer, the sheet attachment slips right on and you are ready to go. Bigger vegetables like zucchini need to be cut down to fit in the sheet cutter, about 4.5-5". Next, you push the holders into your vegetable and attach to the cutter. Cutting the vegetables takes no time at all and is so easy to do with the mixer. Previously, I have used a hand tool that I had to twist and then a big bulky crank tool and they are very large, hard to use, and inefficient. These tools are so much better. You can use so many different vegetables, like zucchini, cucumber, pototoes, sweet potatoes, apples, carrots, etc. I definitely recommend.

So far I've used zucchini and squash and made vegetable noodles. I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how beautiful they came out.
