Bona Hardwood Floor Mop Express

I had the exact same thing happen to me - I spent the extra money to purchase the Pro Series AFTER going through several of the regular spray mops. I'm obviously happy with the results because I keep purchasing the product but at some point these have to improve.

I am new to the hardwood floor care, but this works great. It picks up the lint and if you have an area that needs a little extra cleaning, the spray feature is great.

It is easy to use and is doing a fantastic job on my new laminate floors. I hope the mop holds up well because it sure beats anything else I have tried.

After less than an hour, and 2 mops later, both broke. The trigger unit spring sprung. I tried to open it to fix it and couldnt open it. This seems to be a major issue after reading other reviews. So very disappointing.

This is my 3rd one. Every one I buy has had the same issue. It will not spray properly. I brought in hopes of not resorting to bucket n mop (old fashion). Also, because I have a bad back. Each one has not sprayed n all the solution leaks out. It gets frustrating cause I do have wood floors n tiles throughout my house. It sucks!!!
