The handset has memory problems. My phone shows that I have 300MB of memory on the phone, and I have an memory card as well with over 1GB of memory. The phone will not download (or even update) Apps, because it says it is full. It is slow. It has a poor battery life.

If I could give it no stars I would. This is the worst phone I have ever had. It works okay for the first little bit but then It starts to tell you that you have no more room. So you delete some pictures still the warning doesn't go away. Then It say that you need to delete voicemails but I don't have any and then that little warning doesn't go away. It constantly malfunctions: not sending messages, won't connect to wifi, can't download any apps. So you try to get a memory card and that still doesn't do anything and you are out 20 bucks and still have the same problem. Also it comes with a bunch of junk apps that can't be deleted which just takes up more space. I went to a professional and they said that the random junk that comes on the phone take up just about all the room leaving you with 1 GB for what you want. This phone has caused me so much trouble that I will never buy an LG phone or an android ever again. It might be a bit more durable then some other phones but it still don't make it worth it to buy the phone.

The phone turns out to be nearly useless after about two weeks of use. Even though I have no pictures, no videos, no music, etc., the storage space for APPs is almost nothing. Right out of the box, there is only 1.5MB left, and you CAN NOT (I repeat, you CAN NOT) delete the pre-installed apps, nor can you move them to the SD card, nor can you even install new apps to the SD card. In essence, the phone is USELESS as a smart phone. Having said all that, it works at a dialer, but it's totally useless as a smart phone simply because you can't use the SD card to store any apps and you can't get rid of any of the pre-installed apps. So, you're dead, almost from the start.

This phone is horrible. I got it in November and a week later, I wanted to hit it repeatedly with a hammer. It needs more memory and there are issues with the camera. As soon as I clear up a little memory so I can at least get SOME of my texts, it uses the tiny bit of space that I have to update an app that I don't even use. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE.

This is my first Android phone, and it has been fun. There are a few problems with apps I've downloaded . . . may just be my ignorance. The camera is good for stationary shots in perfect conditions, but I get lots of blur shooting fast motion pictures. It synced my Facebook contacts into my phone contacts, which I didn't ask for it to do. One hardware concern -- it gets hot randomly. The letter-space on the keyboard could use some modifications. Overall, it's great.
