SodaStream - Mountain Dew Code Red Drink Mix 4-Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to wait on my husband to let me know how good this was. I don't really drink Mountain Dew. But I do have to say when my husband made a bottle of Code Red, I was pleasantly surprised how good it tasted. It does stay true to the flavor of Mountain Dew but there is a slight aftertaste when you finish the bottle. When we made the Code Red, we used a capful and a half for a serving. It is to note that when you make a bottle of SodaStream after you put the capful of Code Red in the carbonated water you have to shake the bottle back and forth gently to mix. After that it is ready to drink and am definitely glad I have a sodastream. For one bottle of mix which makes about 10-12 servings depends on how strong you like it, is definitely value for your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn't tried Code Red in any format prior to testing the SodaStream version, but I enjoy cherry-forward sodas and thought I would give this a go. It was super easy to make using my SodaStream machine, and it was delicious! The only thing I wish was different (and I can't fault the product for this in my rating, as it is clearly a sugary drink) is I wish it was a Zero Sugar version. Maybe this exists, and I may have to look for it. But overall, I'm very happy with the quality of this Code Red SodaStream mix!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so convenient having this flavor at home instead of having to go and buy cans/bottles at the store. You can make the amount you need and not have anything go to waste. You can also adjust the flavor intensity by adding more or less of the syrup to the carbonated water. I will say that it does taste like diet Mountain Dew, but all of the Soda Stream flavors taste like diet to me. That's not a complete negative for me because I drink diet drinks anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of flavors we've tried with Soda Stream that don't have a lot of flavor, or they taste too sweet! This one, in comparison with real Mountain Dew, tastes really good. Full, balanced flavor that I would buy again.
