Iv'e read the ratings around the web and walmart had a good price. the free shipping was a great benefit with short delivery time. The B-vitamins had a good taste and dissolved nicely. great deal from walmart.

Jarrow Formulas - Methyl B12 5000 mcg. - 60 Lozenges. Works great and I can get multiple MG of Vitatim B12 into my system without taking a single shot once a month of only 50,000 units.

Jarrow did a great job on this methyl B-12. This tablet has the correct consistency & size to dissolve slowly enough to be fully absorbed. Any faster & to much would just be swallowed (which defeats the whole purpose of a sublingual). 5,000 mcg is a pretty strong dose so I had to work up to a full tab (2 weeks), but this amount (if not a little more) is what my body was wanting. If it's to much, I take half a tab the next day or two, but I really like this 5,000 mcg dose of methyl B-12, it sort of "plugs right in" & gets right down to business. Perfect!
