[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very neat device. The instructions were very straight forward, and setup was really fast. The temperature control is spot on. I thought this device would be too bulky for my countertop but it's pretty slim, and fits perfectly! The hot water took less than the microwave which I love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first would like to note that I received this product complimentary for my honest review. That being said the Aqua Optima Filtered Water dispenser. Is a convenient water filtrating system. It dispenses hot and cold water. The temperature on the highest hot water setting is practically scalding. It's not a bad thing in my opinion, it will give you piping hot for your tea and instant coffee without needing to put on a kettle. The water though, doesn't get cold enough for my taste but it still gets cold. Only downside I find with this machine is the shelf tray and water tank. The shelf tray is pretty flimsy and difficult to adjust without running the risk of breaking it. I don't believe it's strong enough to support a heavy mug and I can foresee it breaking eventually. The metal drip tray that sits atop of it does not lay flush it easily slides right off. As for the water tank, it doesn't hold as much water for as large as it is. The max level is maybe 1/3 of the way down from the lid and you can never get all of the water out when it's full without having to refill it. The filter is also pretty difficult to put in and the water tank is difficult to take out. Overall I like the machine but I do hope they make improvements on some of these features in the future.

This unit is compact and provides easy clean up..it's a great kitchen item that will help you to prepare lots of great drinks
