I received the Schleich dinosaur Dilophosaurus Toy figurine through the Spark Reviewer program. This dinosaur is of great quality. The Attention to detail of the muscle tone, the Texture of the thick skin, the spines on its back And crown on its head are amazing. This figure looks like A miniature version of the real dinosaur. It is Made of hard plastic and is a very sturdy toy For hours of play. It is well painted to enhance The detailed textures of this animal. The Lower jaw moves allowing for the mouth to open to view the ferocious teeth and tongue. The detail of the head and crown, the feet and Claws, and the tail are also amazing. My grandchild plays with this and her other Schleich Dinosaurs for hours and then puts them back On the shelf for display. This is a toy that can Be played with or displayed and still maintain It's integrity for years to come.

My kids love to play with the Dilophosaurus dinosaur! Its great for kids of all ages! My toddler especially loves it and loves to make it open and close it's mouth!

This thing is great for younger kids. The colors are great, very realistic. It stands on it's own feet also, which I have other dinosaurs that wouldn't. So I would say that this company does them right.

I received the Schleich Dilophosaurus Dinosaur Toy Figurine for an unbiased review. Based on the the small booklet that came with the dinosaur, the Dilophosaurus is from the time of the lower Jurassic era, 192-200 million years ago. The little booklet also states this dinosaur was one of the first large carnivorous dinosaurs of prehistoric times. This type of dinosaur is a carnivore. The small fold out booklet comes in a few different languages. My five year old son will love this hard plastic dinosaur toy. This will be a great addition to his collection of dinosaurs. The arms, legs, or body don't move. The dinosaur can stand up unassisted. This toy is approximately 5inches tall and 6 inches wide (including the tail). That seems small, but it is a good enough sized toy for kids to play with and it looks real with detailed colors and textures. The colors are vivid and the dinosaur looks realistic and would even look good even on a child's shelf. I am pleased and I would recommend this for any dinosaur lover, boy, or girl. My son has other dinosaurs that have been purchased at several different stores, but this one matches well enough to have him feel like they all match as a collection.
