Braun Epilator Silk-epil 5 5-280 Wet Dry Power with Bikini Trimmer

Works wonderfully! Not pain free but it is worth the slight sting for the fantastic results. No more razors for me

So far, I don't have any complaints. If you don't think any epilator will hurt, then you're sadly mistaken. But, you can get used to the pain, it gets easier with every use for me. It does what it says, and does it well. The attachments are a nice bonus, and so is the ice pack. The cord is a decent length, and everything fits nicely inside a little sac when not in use. Very happy, just wish I had bought it sooner.

I used a previous version of Braun silk-epil and I was contented with it. I used it for 11 years, and when I needed a new one, I again went for a Braun epilator. I am quite satisfied with this one, too. It has more apparatuses than the previous that can be used for different parts of the body. It is faster. It has a movable head which I liked so much since it makes shaving easy for especially arms. The light is also an addition in this product. Since I wasn't feeling pain in my old epilator, I don't feel pain with this one, too, but I think it is a subjective matter since sensitivity degree of each person is different. So, I can suggest Braun 5280 without hesitation.

Very well designed and built. Made in Germany. Need I say more? The light is invaluable, for it alone allows you to see what's gone and what still needs to go. Yes, it is somewhat uncomfortable for a first time user, but the results are well worth it!

I have yet to use the epilator but, if it works as good as the shaver portion it will be a perfect item. I used the razor portion and it cut through the "very long" hairs on my legs with no problem. No pulls, no nicks. The best feature is the light on the front, makes everything easy to see. I would recommend this product whether you use the epilator portion or not.
