Braun Mini Facial Epilator & Cleansing Brush

Initially really enjoyed using the product but it didn't last for long.. After a month started facing problems with a battery lot and currently device is in unusable condition. There is no number available online to reach out to your customer care and its very frustrating to have a product which is not even 6 months old which cant be used and cant be fixed (according to the local service center). Moreover, Braun claims to give a guarantee for 2 years and in my case even after 5 months, Im not able to get a solution. Request you to help me resolve the problem to regain the trust in the brand.

This brush works great! My skin is much brighter now that I have been using it regularly and I love that it has an epilator attached. I already owned an epilator for my legs and I am glad to have one small enough for facial hair. It does a great job exfoliating my skin without irritating it. I've noticed a difference in my face using the cleansing brush regularly. It is smoother, clearer and feels cleaner. The epilator doesn't tickle, but hair removal rarely does. It is easy to use, fast, and effective. I use it at night in case my skin turns red. I find myself using it weekly, but rumor has it the hair will slowly disappear long-term. I was skeptical about using an epilator --they sound intimidating. The Braun Face Beauty Edition 810 was SO easy to use! I used it on my upper brow and upper lip. It was quick and painless. It left my skin silky smooth!! The cleansing brush is great as well! It deep cleans your pores of build up and allows facial moisturizers to absorb better! I gave it 4 starts because I wish it had a travel case to hold everything in one place and for on-the-go purposes. If you're looking for a new or first epilator, this is the one! Hi my name is Kelli I'm a hairstylist and I also do waxing. I was very excited to get the brain facial epilator /cleanser I couldn't wait to try it! I read the directions and they didn't seems clear as to which way to press the arrows in which direction your going on the face so I tried and tested on my arm and still couldn't figure which way left or right was better. So I tried my lip and it hurt, didn't seem to take of much hair pushing it towards eaither arrow. I wish in the directions they would have a diagram of a lady's face and showing how u would hold it which they do but add to it which the direction they need to press the buttion for that section and direction of growth of the hair. It's still very confusing to me and I keep trying it out. I hope I can't figure it out I have unwanted hair on my face I wld like to remove by explication rather wax. On the other hand I love the brush cleanser! It feels soo nice and clean and invigorating. It's super easy to use and I love that it's water proof and easy to hold when it gets wet n soapy.
